商陆浆果红色素提取工艺及毒素的清除

摘要

以垂序商陆( Phytolacca americana L.) 浆果为原料, 采用水提取-醇沉杂质-甲乙混合液清除皂甙类物质的方法进行红色素的提取, 色素粗品得率为 4.85%, 其中甜菜苷含量为 3.69 %;色素粗品质量初步检验结果为, 总糖含量 11.2%, 还原糖 7.5%, 铅浓度 41.3 μg/g , 溶解性 42 s, 分散性( Aλ520) 0.323, 吸湿性较强;经氯仿-硫酸显色法和紫外扫描法检测, 表明色素中皂甙类物质( 即所商陆毒素) 已基本清除
 

Abstract

The extraction technology of red pigment from Phytolacca americana L. berry and the methods of detoxin from the pigment were studied .The results showed that the procedure of water extraction-alcohol precipitation for deimpurity-detox in by A-B mixed solvent gave rather satisfied results, the productivity of crude pigment was 4 .85 %, and with 3 .69 % betanin in it .The determined quality criteria of crude pigment were as follows:total carbohydrates 11 .2 %, reductive sugars 7 .5 %, lead 41 .3 μg/g , solubility 42 seconds, despersibility ( Aλ520 ) 0 .323, with stronger moisture absorptivity .Saponin was undetectable in crude pigment product by chloroformsulphuric acid assay and UV scanning, accordingly it indicated the toxin was removed .
