木瓣树枝叶甲醇提取物的化学成分(Ⅱ)

摘要

运用多种方法对木瓣树(Xylopia vielana Pierre)枝叶甲醇提取物的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果显示:共分离鉴定出12个化合物,分别为vielaninor N(1)、xylopidimer D(2)、(-)-4β,10β-香木兰烷二醇(3)、(-)-4α,10α-香木兰烷二醇(4)、4β,10α-香木兰烷二醇(5)、(+)-松脂素(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、(3S,5R,6S,7E,9R)-3,6-二羟基-5,6-二氢-β-紫罗兰醇(9)、(1R,4S,10R)-10,11-二甲基-二环己烷-5(6)-烯-1,4-二醇-7-酮(10)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(11)、2,4-二羰基六氢-1,3-二氮杂(12)。其中,化合物10和11首次从番荔枝科(Annonaceae)分离获得,化合物6、9和12首次从木瓣树属(Xylopia Linn.)分离获得。

 

Abstract

The chemical constituents of methanol extracts from branches and leaves of Xylopia vielana Pierre were isolated and identified by various methods. The results show that a total of twelve compounds are isolated and identified, namely vielaninor N (1), xylopidimer D (2), (-)-4β,10β-aromadendranediol (3), (-)-4α,10α-alloaromadendranediol (4), 4β,10α-aromadendranediol (5), (+)-pinoresinol (6), protocatechuic acid (7), uracil (8), (3S,5R,6S,7E,9R)-3,6-dihydroxy-5,6-dihydro-β-ionol (9), (1R,4S,10R)-10,11-dimethyl-dicyclohex-5(6)-en-1,4-diol-7-one (10), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone (11), 2,4-dicarbonyl hexahydro-1,3-diazepine (12). Among which, compound 10 and 11 are isolated from Annonaceae for the first time, and compound 6, 9 and 12 are isolated from Xylopia Linn. for the first time.
