牛蒡籽油中脂肪酸成分的气相色谱质谱联用分析
Analysis of fatty acid in Arctium lappa L.seed oil by GC-MS

Abstract

Seed oil of Arctium lappa L.was extracted with hexane.After saponification and formation, the fatty acid components
of this oil was determined by Capillary GC-MS .14 compounds were identified from this oil and its index of unsaturation is 56 .84%.Octadecanoic acid and oleic acid are chief components, and their relative contents are 50 .21% and 32.56 % respectively.
