不同栽培基质对4 个杂交墨西哥落羽杉无性系扦插苗的影响
Effect of different substrates on cutting seedlings of four clones of Taxodium mucronatum hybrids

Abstract

Effect of mixed-substrate [V(peat soil)︰V(perlite)︰V(sandy loam)= 3︰3︰1]and sandy loam on rooting and growth of cutting seedlings of Taxodium mucronatum Tenore hybrid clones including ‘ Zhongshanshan 405 ’, ‘Zhongshanshan 406’, ‘Zhongshanshan 407’and ‘Zhongshanshan 502’were studied. The results show that rooting and growth indexes of cutting seedlings of above four clones on mixed-substrate are generally significantly or extremely significantly higher than those on sandy loam, root lignified degree is higher, and rooting position is 1-3 cm on basal portion of cuttings. It means that mixed-substrate is suitable for cutting propagation of T. mucronatum hybrid clones.
