野生人参种子的超低温保存

Abstract

Wild ginseng seeds were collected from Changbai Mountain , Jinlin Province.The seed viability with T T C staining was only 50 %.When the seeds were stored in liquid nitrogen (LN) under cryopreservation (-196 ℃)for 2 years , their splited rate was of 42 .7 %and germination rate of 36%, the viable ones (positive effect by T T C staining)had the splited and germination rate of 85 .4% and 72% respectively .It suggested that wild ginseng seeds could be cryopreservated in LN.
